This is an updated vision for the Mystical Yoga Farm digital ecosystem: not simply a new website, but a softer, clearer operational flow that supports guests, protects the team’s energy, and allows the Farm to keep holding space with less digital noise behind the scenes.
Technology in service of presence
The intention is not to add complexity. The intention is to create a simple, living system where the website, bookings, payments, guest communication, documents, reporting and team workflows breathe together naturally.

I would build this as a conscious operations system: practical enough to run a retreat center, gentle enough to feel aligned with the Farm, and simple enough that the team can actually use it.
